在共建“一带一路”十周年、道森与马来西亚多家律师事务所建立战略合作关系的第五年之际，道森律师事务所合伙人蒙治逵、涉外律师李毛敏11月10日在南宁会见马来西亚历史悠久的罗继炎律师事务所负责人罗鸣律师。

Marking the tenth anniversary of the Belt and Road initiative and the fifth year of strategic collaboration between Daosen Law Firm and various law firms in Malaysia, founding partner Meng Zhikui and international lawyer Li Maomin hosted a meeting with Luo Ming, the head of Malaysia’s well-established K.J.Lo&Co Law Firm, in Nanning on November 10.

蒙治逵律师对罗鸣律师不远万里莅临考察交流表示热烈欢迎，带领罗鸣律师参观了道森律师事务所办公区、会客区、会议室、党建活动室、文化长廊后，双方进行了会谈。蒙治逵向罗律师介绍了道森发展历史、执业理念、业务领域，以及广西和南宁的法律服务市场基本情况和发展机遇。罗鸣则介绍说，马来西亚罗继炎律师事务所是一家具有40年历史的老牌律师机构，主要业务领域是公司业务和家庭财富传承，这方面与道森的优势业务领域不谋而合。

Meng Zhikui extended a warm welcome to Luo Ming’s visit for exploration and exchange. Leading Luo Ming on a tour of Daosen Law Firm’s office spaces, reception area, conference room, CPC common room and the cultural corridor, the two parties engaged in discussions. Meng Zhikui briefed Luo Ming on Daosen’s historical development, practice philosophy, business domains, and the basic landscape of the legal service market in Guangxi and Nanning. Luo Ming, in turn, introduced K.J.Lo&Co Law Firm, a 40-year-old institution specializing in corporate affairs and family wealth succession, aligning closely with Dawson’s areas of expertise.

会谈中，双方就建立长效联络机制、共同拓展双边中马投资和贸易的法律服务达成共识。双方一致表示，中马两国友谊源远流长，今后两家律所将乘着“一带一路”的东风，进一步加强交流与合作，增进友谊，把业务合作推向纵深，树立中马跨国法律服务的典范。

During the talks, both sides reached an agreement on establishing a lasting communication mechanism and collectively expanding legal services for China-Malaysia bilateral investments and trade. They concurred that the friendship between China and Malaysia has a profound history. In the future, both law firms aim to leverage the Belt and Road initiative to further enhance communication and collaboration, deepen their friendship, enhance business cooperation, and set a precedent for China-Malaysia transnational legal services.

会后，蒙治逵邀请罗律师品尝了广西非物质文化遗产美食。罗鸣律师对道森律师的热情接待表示由衷感谢，他说，此行拓宽了视野，增进了认识，同时欢迎道森律师择日到马来西亚交流，共谋发展大计。

Following the meeting, Meng Zhikui invited Luo Ming to savor the cultural heritage cuisine of Guangxi. Luo Ming expressed heartfelt gratitude for the warm reception by Daosen Law Firm, stating that the visit broadened his perspective, deepened his understanding, and extended an invitation for Daosen Law Firm to visit Malaysia at a later date for mutual development planning.
